Position: Nursery Practitioner

The Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about early years education and making a difference in children’s lives. You will be part of a supportive team that values creativity, curiosity, and care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment

• Planning and delivering inspiring activities based on children’s interests

• Observing and supporting children’s learning and development

• Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Contributing to the smooth running of the nursery and maintaining excellent standards of care and education

About You

We are seeking someone who is:

• Qualified (Level 3 or above in Early Years/Childcare)

• Experienced (minimum 3 years in a nursery or childcare setting)

• Passionate about supporting children’s development and well-being

• A strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills

• Knowledgeable about the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

• Caring, dedicated, and committed to delivering the very best for every child
